Tulingan is an oily, meaty fleshed fish with white meat once cooked. Often used in Asian cuisine it can be grilled/pan-fried whole and served with rice and soy sauce or it can be braised in coconut milk.
There are 3-5 fish per packet and each fish weighing around 200-350 grams
