Frequently Asked Questions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Online EFTPOS. Online EFTPOS is available for ASB, Westpac, Heartland Bank, and The Banking Co-operative customers.
Most orders arrive by lunchtime, but Courier Post delivery times vary by location and may be as late as 5pm. Check your tracking email for updates.
We only show products currently available for purchase. Availability changes daily, so please check back often to see what's in stock.
If you don’t see a confirmation after ordering, check your spam/junk folders and add us to your safe senders. Still missing? Email us at online@seafoodbazaar.co.nz.
Deliveries run Tuesday to Saturday (Tuesday to Friday for rural) via Courier Post. Urban deliveries are overnight; rural may take up to 2 nights. No deliveries on public holidays. Check if your address qualifies for Saturday delivery here.
Perishable orders are left at your delivery address according to our Terms of Use. Add special delivery instructions in the checkout comments.
Contact Courier Post first using tracking info from your shipping email for fastest response. You can also contact us for help.
We fill empty packaging spaces with crumpled newsprint to keep products cold and fresh during shipping.
We strive for sustainable packaging. Current recyclable options include:
- Degradable carton liners
- Plant-based packaging from New Green
- Polystyrene boxes recyclable at select NZ locations: Find locations
- Soft plastics cleaned and recycled at recycling stations: Find stations
- Ice gel packs gel is non-toxic and can be disposed of safely; plastic casing can be washed and recycled with soft plastics
