Acceptance of terms
Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
Delivery and delivery charges
Saturday deliveries require an extra Saturday delivery surcharge which needs to be selected at checkout.
Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to valid e-mail addresses. We do not monitor deliveries and ask that you contact us if you have any concerns with your tracking before 4pm on the expected day of delivery. If tracking advises that your parcel is with the courier for delivery, the expectation is that your parcel will arrive that day.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping is based on a flat rate for the first items up to 5kg (3kg South Island) them an additional fee for each kilogram (3kg for South Island) which is added to the cart. Shipping is calculated once the shipping details have been entered. Some items have a higher Gross Weight due to packaging and this weight is included in weight calculations. Generally, product is delivered the day after delivery, but a delivery day is 1:00pm to 12:59pm the next day, so any orders placed after 1:00pm are treated as the next day. Order days are Monday to Friday with delivery Tuesday to Saturday. Any orders placed after 1:00pm Friday will be dispatched Monday. Once your order is placed, we will advise you via e-mail a tracking number and provide a link to track your order. We are closed public holidays which will add an extra day to delivery after the public holiday.
Live and frozen products will be packed accordingly though we do not guarantee product to arrive live or frozen. Please see Delivery Information for more details.
Rural deliveries are stated as a minimum of 2 nights. Rural deliveries are not available Saturday therefore will not be dispatched on Thursday or Friday.
You accept that delivery is based on an authority to leave basis. Due to the perishable nature of the product the courier will not leave a card to call.

Specifications and Information
While we endeavour to have up to date product availability for all products displayed on the website, all orders placed will be subject to a final confirmation of acceptance by us. Any goods that are unable to be supplied will be refunded.

SEEING OR CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
