Delicious Mud Crabs from Madagascar return around 25% meat, mainly from the front claws. They have a slightly firmer texture than other crabs and combined with good sweet flavour they are a great addition to the shopping list. Often used in Asian cuisine combined with chilli flavours.
Each crab weighs between 500 and 700 grams.
